Symposium: Secrecy and Transparency in the Criminal Justice System (May 8, 2015)

The Stanford Journal of Criminal Law and Policy will host its second symposium, titled "Secrecy and Transparency in the Criminal Justice System," on May 8, 2015. Symposium: Prosecutorial Discretion: Ethics, Practice and Policy (May 16, 2014)

The Stanford Journal of Criminal Law and Policy hosted its inaugural symposium, titled "Prosecutorial Discretion: Ethics, Practice and Study," on May 16, 2014.
